The five stores we visited in the Natick Mall were Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, Uniqlo, Zara, and PacSun. We agreed with the forecaster’s predictions for each of these stores because they are so well-known, popular, and do well with sales every year.
The item we decided to focus on for this assignment were bottoms. Jeans, pants, shorts, skirts, etc.
The store I focused the most on was Urban Outfitters because I know it very well, and work there now. I found that the three types of jeans that are the most popular at the moment are the Levi wedgie high-rise jeans, the BDG high-rise cropped kick flare jeans, and the BDG girlfriend high-rise jeans. The most innovative jeans in my opinion are the BDG high-rise cropped kick flare jean because it is cropped, flared, and distressed. Basically hits every trend right now in 2019.
These jeans are placed right in the denim shop of the store, in the middle, near the trend shop. This is so that it is easily accessible to everyone, and all the jeans are near each other.
